Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns will solely be accepted under two circumstances: if the customer received an incorrect size or product(s), or if the received product(s) arrived damaged. Should this be through no fault of the customer, Blizzmart will cover the cost of return shipping once our agent receives the item.
Upon the return of the product(s), we will promptly dispatch the correct product(s) at no extra cost.
It’s important to note that this agreement is rendered void if the product sustains any form of damage during transportation.
